Fantasy House Flippers is a simple GM-less game where you each take the role of various different members of a home renovation team. The catch is that unlike the ones on HGTV, you're flipping a house that was owned in a fantasy realm with dragons, wizards, tigers (oh my). So, work together to create chaos and then solve it as best as you can for your client!
